If then formula to ensure a comments is filled in

If then formula to ensure a comments is filled in

Hi,

So working on a survey, I need it ;so that if a question gets a sub-par (less than 5) that they MUST fill out the comments question associated with that question.

I've done this with other survey tool just can't figure this one out.
