If we upgrade to Professional or Enterprise can we then...

Dear Zoho,

We are currently using/testing the free version of Zoho CRM in combination with the Outlook plug-in. We are a team of 3 people, expanding to 10.

If we upgrade to the Professional or even to the Enterprise version can we then share each others contacts through the Outlook Plug-in into Outlook? Perhaps applying the role-based security/groups/data sharing functionalities?

In the free version, this is not possible. Only the 'owner' can sync his own contacts with his own Outlook.

We are desperately looking to combine Zoho with Outlook for our team. Outlook gives us (for now) better mail merge, label printing, agenda, meeting and e-mail functionalities. Hence the great need for integration.
