Hi, we create custom quotes for our customers using different tool then ZOHO CRM. They are in .pdf format. My sales rep upload them to the lead and then convert the lead to an account etc....  After it converts the attachment is no longer there. Its not under account, contact, etc...  I have informed my sales reps to make sure only to do attachments under account for now.  Any way to fix this?
