Iframe, file upload & Captcha not working.

Iframe, file upload & Captcha not working.

We have successfully setup Zoho CRM account. But when we tried to create a web to lead from from our account we were not able to use advance tools options (File upload & Captcha) in our web from. Also we didn't see any option for iframe (kindly check attached screenshot)

Kindly confirm are we missing any thing as part of initial setup or these feature not available in free version (3 users)? Kindly confirm on this.
