Im at a lost!! Can someone help me find a solution to export and re-import data to custom module

I have trying to find a way to  export from task, manipulate the data in excel and re-import in a custom module.




Just using importing tool is not reliable since I might have contacts with the same name in the database.(can't import with Contact ID)

The migration tool can't be used with out the original zoho  Contact ID related field ID. unless you to re-import all parent data first. this way I will lose auto number fields  in some parent module that we use.

I tried asking Zoho Support  they seem to tell me its not possible with out export all  destroy and migrate.

Any one has an original idea to simply :: export all task records,  fix some data in excel and re-import in a custom module keeping the link between the related contact and the imported record in the custom module.

I have about 5000 records to deal with
