Im getting to the end of my tether...why is posting SO HARD!
Sorry rant incoming......I've about had it with Zoho Social...so many glitches, things dont work one minute, then they do, it's the most frustrating platform I've ever used. Why did I switch from HootSuite ( less options but at least it all worked)
Just spent a couple of hours prepping some posts to go to FB/TW/INSTA .....used the beta interface ( my colleague who uses the normal interface also complains of screen handling problems), and after fighting the cursor (again) to get it to actually behave like a basic text editor, finally got to publish.
More problems. I want to push the Insta post via mobile, as it has 2 images., No problem, just slide the slider across as Ive always done, click through the (really annoying pop up) add the images. Oh wait the instagram is now dimmed. Can't post. Warning about cant post from business accounts etc.....I KNOW thats why im pushing via mobile.
Start the post again, lets just try Insta on its own. Surely it can handle that. Nope. As soon as I slide the button across to publish via mobile after adding 2 images (and again sitting through all the popups).....Instagram is faded out and cant publish it.
What is going on???? Ive got 5 brands connected to this......I actually dread post time now.
Im going to have to , you know, email the text to my phone, download the photos, and then use the Instagram App to post.
Why am I paying you all this money? I recommended this to my colleagues. Don't I fell stupid now.
