I'm trying to file my VAT return through Zoho Books but every time I click the tab it needs constant authorising?

Hi there, I am trying to file my VAT return through Zoho Books to HMRC but every time I go to do this or just to check that the return is being updated I have go through authorisation process. Sometimes I have to do it twice for it to authorise properly. Is this normal behaviour?
