Image will not render when downloading a merged document as a PDF

Image will not render when downloading a merged document as a PDF

I have a mail merge template in CRM that contains a jpg in the header and one in the body. It has worked successfully for months. Now:

1) The jpg in the body will not render when I download the merged document as a PDF
2) After I attempt the PDF download, the jpg in the body of the template cannot be selected or edited
3) The jpg in the header works fine

I've tried:
1) Changing from Firefox to Chrome and clearing all cookies etc.
2) Recreating the template starting from a blank page
3) Changing the jpg to a png

This same problem occurs in other version of the template that I had created earlier.

** Appending this ** - no image will render in the body of the template and this is true regardless of the pdf software used.


Does anyone have any ideas?
