Image with URL link in pdf quotes

Hi.
Is there a way to make an image link in a template that keeps the URL active when it converts to PDF for emailing?
I have a template that i'm happy with and want to use a catchy image to prompt a simple initiation to book based on the quotes provided. Unfortunately as soon as i email or convert the quotes to a PDF the image loses the link.

How can i prevent this from happening?
