Hi, I created one mail template, inserted some images into it , used that template and send it to the recipient.
When I checked it for testing, the images are not shown. Only texts are shown.
However, after several testing, I found that the images are shown only when I'm logged into Zoho.
Otherwise, some broken icon is shown.
Unless the images are shown, I can't send it to the customers since not all the recipients are always logged in to Zoho.
This is very important to me.
Could you please fix this ?
