images to forms

Is there anyway to add an image to a form created in zoho? I know there is an image drag field, but to be honest with you, I could not figure out what it is for.

Please let me know if you can add images to the forms. I love how easy they are created, I just wish I could add a designers touch to the forms.

can we manipulate the look and feel of the forms?

any answer will be greatly appreciated.
