IMAP access blocked. Simultaneous IMAP connections exceeded?

IMAP access blocked. Simultaneous IMAP connections exceeded?

Hi,

Today I received this error in Outlook:
Your account is temporarily blocked for IMAP use. This may happen if you exceed the maximum number of simultaneous IMAP connections allowed. Kindly try after some time.
I'm using 2-3 devices to log in, and this hasn't been an issue for a couple other company accounts I've been setting up. Please assist me.
