IMAP access denied and other issues.

Maybe I absolutely do not understand how Zoho works. I originally got Zoho because my work email is POP and cannot be upgraded at this time. However I can forward. I have 2 mobile devices that need access to my email and have a personal email I needed routed somewhere I could access.
I have a domain and set up 15GB/User on a trial period. Yet I have no way of upgrading this. I find Zoho very difficult to navigate, almost archaic.
I also had to send about 9mb in attachments yesterday. This morning I no longer have access to IMAP from my computer or devices, although I can still log in and use the web email. Outlook tells me my IMAP access has been blocked due to excessive usage.
At this point, I have no outlook or Iphone access to my email. I am about to go somewhere else because this is useless. The worse part. I like Zoho, I just can't get it to work.
