we are using WHMCS based website our smtp details start working while when we are trying to fetch emails using IMAP or POP3 its not working in first attempted it save the settings then later own when we test the settings are good or not then its gives error message
The Mail Import test failed: cannot select INBOX, is this a valid transport?
kindly guide us how to fix it while i run the cron job on server its shows the total numbers of emails on server
