Hi all, 

Does anyone have any knowledge how to unblock IMAP on their mail account. I have changed the password and used the admin control to remove the block, but the system tells me it can't unblock and to contact support.

I have tried contacting support but they are not seeming to respond and this has now been going on for 5 days.
