i had to reconfigure my outlook and iphone mail with new password (
contato@developnow.com.br ) , and it pops up the message saying that IMAP was blocked. In ZOHO's forum i saw that it would be temporarily, but it has already passed a day and i still can't access the e-mail, could you unblock?
Another subject is about an account that i lost password, i already tried to get in contact with ZOHO a year or more about it, but had no response. The mail is
contato@dnow.com.br, you can see that our website redirects dnow.com.br -> developnow.com.br , but can't use the dnow mail.
