Whilst researching email account set up for an existing client who uses an IMAP email system (Zimbra) we realised that you massively restrict email using by using POP email. We cannot recommend to our client that they separate out their email storage to an IMAP system (which gives them universal access, desk-top, webmail, and smartphone) and a web based POP system that then means they might only see a client response not on their smartphone but on Zoho when they next logon.
Can you integrate IMAP as an option with some urgency? The ideal is that you also have iCal standard on appointments to integrate with eg Zimbra Calendar. I belive that IMAP and iCal are standards now available on the latest version of Exchange Server so you would be providing a massive integration facility by this exercise.
Improved email handling would make a big difference for us in terms of selling this on to clients as a Zoho Partner.
