I am trying to incorporate Zoho CRM to my company, and I have a problem. I will try to explain it:
My company has a mail account (i.e
info@company.com). And there will be two users in charge of the CRM, each one with his own personal email address, outside the company (i.e @gmail, @hotmail).
Both are administrators. When the first user logs onto ZohoCRM, goes to Configuration, Channels, Email. There, he configures IMAP, with the
info@company.com data for account, server, SMTP, etc. From then on, he can access to SalesInbox, and he can read, write, and organize
info@company.com mails.
Also, when in a contact or lead, he press 'new email', the
info@company.com appears as his default sender mail address.
I need the second user can access to
info@company.com mailbox in the same way. But when enter to the Email configuration and set up the account and server data, he gets an error telling that account is already in use.
Is there a way to accomplish what I need?
