IMAP: configuration could not be verified

IMAP: configuration could not be verified

Hi!

I'm trying to access my email through thunderbird. After providing my email address and password, thunderbird managed to identify the correct IMAP settings automatically (IMAP 993, SMTP 465). But when I hit the "create account button", I get this response:


configuration could not be verified - is the username or password wrong?


Of course IMAP is enabled from the zoho preferences, and I'm copying and pasting the username & password. I can access the webmail without any problems at all... What's going on?
