IMAP Connectivity to Gmail

Hello, I see that my account has iMap connectivity to Gmail but one of my users does not, and I cant turn it on? I'm a superadmin from what I can see.

I am not seeing the popular iMap screen shot as in this example: https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/email/configure-imap-account.html#Zoho_Account

2nd Question If I enable iMap for this user, will we loose their current emails?

3rd Question: Where does the Email button go, I see people have commented on that?
