I have emailed
support@zohomail.com 3 times, as well as opened a support ticket, but so far, no one has even acknowledged my requests. I need to be able to migrate my email from my old server ASAP. I used a self signed cert on the old server and according to these forums, you need to import the cert. I have given the details of the server name as well as port the old server runs on.
What does it take to get someone to reply to support requests? I pay for the service, it's not like I am using the free version and expecting free support. Someone please respond and maybe DO something.
