IMAP folders do not synchronize with Outlook

IMAP folders do not synchronize with Outlook

I just created a new account under a custom domain that has been hosted on Bluehost. After changing the domain MX record, the account on Zoho is working normally from Microsoft Outlook.

I was able to sync all email in the old account's inbox to the inbox on Zoho, however when I tried to move some folders on the old account to the Zoho account, the folders are moved in Outlook but do but synchronize to Zoho.

Synch error messages look like this:

Except there are many, many more. What is wrong? What setting have I missed?
