i'm using micorsoft outlook with imap config and using until 13/10/2017 the microsofy outlook request password when i sync so i input password and the microsoft outlook show popup login again, so i decide to login website with same user and password the result is i can access to webmail without any problem
after test with microsoft outlook and web idecide install on livemail and setup mail account the result same as microsoft outlook the message show
