we currently have an Office 365 / IMAP Integration working very well on Zoho CRM.
The problem is that, for security reasons, our IT requires the Office 365 password to change every 3 months which the user are required to do...unfortunately, as soon as they change the password on their machine the IMAP integration breaks as authentication is unsuccessful.
I've tried (and still trying) to remind users to immediately go into Zoho CRM > Email Settings to update to the new password but I'm not winning.
Has anyone ever been faced by something similar? Any suggestions on how to deal with it?
Best would be to somehow pass on new password details from Office 365 to Zoho CRM integration - or alternatively, being notified when a user's integration fails because of authentication.
