IMAP is enabled and all server side is well configured, but none email clients are able to connect to zoho

I've setup 2 email accounts under the same domain. all have the same setup and password. But there is one that doesn't work in any email client.

i'm able to send and receive on zoho web based client but tried windows mail, thunderbird and it doesn't work. Do you know what can be?
