IMAP mail through Zoho CRM (not Zoho Mail)

Ok this may be a stupid question but I can’t find the answer.


I have setup my email through Zoho.  I’m not changing the MX records, etc. from my registar…I just entered in my IMAP, username and p/w into Zoho…and it works.  I can go to a contact…click “send email” and it sends fine.  I can also see in the contact record the history of emails that I’ve sent.


I’m also receiving emails fine.  I look in the contact record under e-mail…and it says “Received” and I see the email.


So…my question is…where can I see all my incoming emails without having to check each contact to see if anything is received?  If I have 2,000 contacts, how do I know when I receive an email?


I thought this would be done through Zoho mail or some Zoho email client…but when I go to Zoho mail, it asks me to setup a domain, MX records, payment, etc.  I don’t want a Zoho email address…I just want to see my email coming in without having to check each contact record.


I’m placing this request in the Zoho CRM section but please let me know if I should list it in the Zoho Mail section of the portal.
