IMAP Migration

Hi
I successfully did an IMAP migration from my current provider to Zoho and it worked. I want to do it again to refresh my Zoho mail before I cut over my MX records. Since I have done it once, can I do it again to get caught up? Or will that duplicate everything at Zoho? Thank you.
