IMAP migration

I continue to receive the below message when trying to migrate my emails. I have changes the MX records to point to Zoho but it continues to give me this response. Any idea on what I need to do to fix this and move forward? Authentication details provided was rejected by Source server. Kindly provide valid username and password.
