Hey Folks! This was locked on the other thread, so I'm reposting it
I
am not able to send/receive IMAP messages through any mail clients on
my ISP (a Canadian outfit called V-Media), using a Kasda DSL router. It
affects any wired or wireless devices connected to the router.
Certainly it appears to be an issue on my end. I have tried resetting
my router to factory defaults to rule out anything I may have done, but
to be clear, no previous changes were made. My iPhone does work with
Zoho Mail using it's own data, but not on wi-fi. I went across the
street to a McDs to test their wi-fi. Sure enough, Zoho Mail works
there.
I am in the process of checking out
things with my ISP (update: they want me to check with you, because
they've looked), but I just want to be sure that perhaps Zoho is not
blocking any of my external IPs. That's why I'm reaching out to you
folks at
Zoho. The IMAP server I'm using on all devices is imap.zoho.com, and
the port is 993 (for TLS/SSL). Are there any thoughts as to what may be
going on?
Your help and input is greatly appreciated.
