I wanted to double-check how ZOHO CRM encrypts and stores our IMAP credentials at rest.
To connect ZOHO CRM to our Outlook servers via IMAP we need give ZOHO credentials to email accounts of our team. I have three questions regarding that
- Are (and if yes - how) those passwords encrypted at rest?
- Can I (as an administrator) access credentials (IMAP passwords) of my team?
- Can someone from ZOHO access credentials (IMAP passwords) of my team?
