Hi, I’m having ongoing issues with external mail (siteground) fetching in Zoho Mail.
IMAP accounts show as connected, but new messages don’t arrive consistently. POP3 fetch also works only intermittently, and the polling interval doesn’t seem to run on schedule.
I tested the same mailboxes in other email clients and they fetch normally, so I’m trying to understand if there’s anything I should adjust in Zoho Mail to make the fetch more reliable.
Is anyone else experiencing this or found a workaround?
