IMAP problem

IMAP problem

Hey Zoho Team,

I have just registered a new account with you guys.
I have 2 users.
One (Super Admin) using IMAP and Second account uses POP.

I configured the settings provided on your forum for both users.
POP account is working perfectly (incoming & outgoing)
However, the IMAP account is not

I am getting below error.

"Unable to Connect
There may be a problem with the mail server or network. Verify the settings for account “PMC-Nishant” or try again.

The server returned the error: Your account is not enabled for IMAP use. Please contact your organization admin or support@zohomail.com. (Failure)"

I have attached files of same error.
Kindly inform resolution.
