IMAP SELECT error

I just signed up and am trying to configure IMAP on thunderbird.

I used my email address for username and set imap.zoho.com port 993 SSL and normal password.

I am getting a SELECT error when trying to open inbox(or any other folder).

More confusingly, with IMAP enabled I can't get email through the web interface.
