IMAP server alert - My account is temporairly blocked for IMAP use...HELP

Hi I use Outlook 2016 to access my Zoho account and for 10 days I have been getting this message...

Your IMAP server wants to alert you to the following: Your account is temporarily blocked for IMAP use. This may happen if you exceed the maximum number of simultaneous IMAP connections allowed. Kindly try after some time.


I keep getting asked by Outlook for my password even though it is correctly entered into the Account settings and a test message can be sent.

I can access my Zoho email through mobile and laptop version of Outlook but it no longer works on my desktop version of Outlook 2016.

Please help if possible.
