IMAP server is rejecting due to 'invalid credentials'
This is the second time in 3 days that 'imappro.zoho.com' is rejecting connection attempts and reports back 'Invalid credentials'. It was highly unprofessional to change the address from 'imap.zoho.com' to 'imappro.zoho.com' without ANY notice (i stumbled upon the new address when i started troubleshooting the connection issues on Saturday in my account's IMAP settings) to begin with and the fact that your 'datacenter maintenance/migration' was only announced in a blog on your site which nobody reads (i pay for the service and have no time to read blogs,send me the relevant info in an email!) is a joke.
So what's up with your IMAP servers at the moment? Didn't the 'datacenter maintenance' work out as expected? Welcome to IT. At the moment my Blackberry can't connect to 'imappro.zoho.com' due to 'invalid credentials'. The credential is a application specific password as per 2FA requirements. I didn't change the password, the credentials are fine.
So, what the bloody hell is going on? There's no maintenance or outage announcement on your website and i didn't receive any emails on that matter (which is something i already got used to, communication and support from zoho are abysmal).
