IMAP Set-up: "Email Sync is in progress. You will receive an email notification once the sync is complete"
Tried to set-up IMAP email this morning. All server names and port numbers are correct and verified (by Zoho online support staff who spent a couple of hours with me trying to resolve issue). Unfortunately, the above message has remained in the email set-up IMAP page for the entire day. I am able to send emails from a lead within the CRM but they are not being sent through IMAP (as evidenced within the lead page that shows emails being sent but are not sent via IMAP). There are no emails coming into CRM via IMAP. The email address was set up this morning (at my web hosting service and IMAP was enabled). This means there are only 20 or so emails sitting on the server (my test emails). Any help would be appreciated.
