IMAP setup for email on smartphone "No response from server"

Explains it all in the title. Trying to set up zoho on my phone, I have done everything required in Zoho's end, input the correct info into my phone's email app with correct SSL's and port numbers, yet it refuses to sync. Help? I need to be able to get notifications when someone sends something to my business email.
