Since upgrading to (and I'm not saying there's a connection, maybe just a coincidence) OS X Yosemite Version 10.10.3, my Zoho email account in Apple Mail has failed to receive email. Sending then went bad too.
I've tried everything I could think of. Have even rebuilt the account.
The report I'm now getting through the Connection Doctor is:
SMTP: Connection to server succeeded: login not required
IMAP: Trying to log in to this IMAP account failed. Verify that the username and password are correct.
My regular Apple mail is working fine.
Have kept my passwords consistent, using keychain.
Login through Safari on Mac OS X and using Zoho mail there is no problem.
Zoho mail client on iPhone has no issues either.
Any ideas? Would be nice to have this issue and its report at least acknowledged by someone at Zoho. I'm hearing nothing from submitted tickets.
