IMAP & SMTP Down?

Hello Support,

As of 11:45 UTC -5 (15 minutes ago), I haven't been able to access IMAP or SMTP via any client or device of mine, using multiple networks. I've also confirmed with dotcom-tools.com, which is showing IMAP & SMTP down from over 20 global locations with the time-out error code of 10600. I think it's safe to say that SMTP/IMAP are both down...

I'd most appreciate a reply on this, and if possible an ETC on service restoration.
