imap / smtp not working over VPN - blocked?

imap / smtp not working over VPN - blocked?

Hi everyone,

I can access imap.zoho.com and smtp.zoho.com from home, but if I use a VPN or university internet, I cant access my emails. (webmail still works)

This is only happening with zoho, all my other accounts working fine.

I also can't use any zoho accounts using outlook for ipad.

Can somebody help me out to get my emails working while at uni?
