IMAP SMTP server cannot be reached from outlook

IMAP SMTP server cannot be reached from outlook

Both I and a colleague can not download email via the IMAP SMTP server. My colleagues address is grant@gvbconsulting.co.uk and mine is simon@gvbconsulting.co.uk. It was working on Monday and nothing has changed at our end.
