I think ZOHO should update its documents to reflect what the current state is as far as IMAP/SMTP servers are concerned in the EU. For example, people living and working in the EU (including the UK) are generally given a .eu personal email account and so their current IMAP/SMTP servers are:
Outgoing Server Name: smtp.zoho.eu
Port: 465 with SSL or
Port: 587 with TLS
Require Authentication: Yes
Incoming Server Name: imap.zoho.eu
Port: 993
Require SSL: Yes
Username:
something@zoho.eu
This is for free Personal eMail accounts and I suspect for business domain accounts might have something similar but I don't use domain on Zoho because it hasn't got free features for me so I went for Microsoft and Google for them.
In the above settings, notice that the zoho domain contains .eu AND NOT .com. The documents only mentions .com everywhere.
Zoho moderators must be asleep not to approve my posts so it tells something about the usefulness of these forums.
Thank you and bye for now though I won't be posting here for sometime as zoho products are not something I am going to use much.
