Hopefully things are on the up both in Chennai and your staff but also with the stability of your services.
At this stage a number of my clients are having issues accessing email via there normal mail application (Outlook etc) of course webmail and your phone apps are an interim solution, and have been for the past 5 or 6 days.
When do you expect normal service on either IMAP or POP to return ? Could you advise a time frame or solution to how they might reconnect, as many are having error messages and no connectivity.
