We currently BCC because we want to permanently retain emails with contacts.  We find them invaluable for new hires and just keeping a "history" that we can't necessarily achieve with notes.

The downside of course being we can't take advantage of tools such as SalesInbox.

Ideal situation would be IMAP sync with a way to retain emails permanently with their respective leads/contacts.
