IMAP: webmail not showing messages sent or rec'vd on iPad (zoho email!)

IMAP: webmail not showing messages sent or rec'vd on iPad (zoho email!)

I see all sent and received messages on the iPad, when the IMAP interface is working, that is, but they do show up eventually. If I send and/or received messages there, then go back to the laptop where I use the web interface, none of those messages show up. Please help.

Also, my last New Topic vanished somehow. Maybe this time it actually gets a response.

Edit: It looks like this question actually got posted. So far so good. Now on to the original issue, please :-)

Edit 2: As of today, I am not receiving my email on the webmail at all. I kept refreshing, and refreshing, even signed out and back in, nothing. Only later to discover, on my iPad, that there were several messages that came during this time. Please, somebody help.

Edit 3: I disabled POP. Now it seems to work. Would have been nice if the instructions included that in the first place.
