imappro.zoho.com - Mail not syncing

Hi,

We use Outlook 2016 to connect with our company Zoho Mail account.

Email accounts are configured to use imappro.zoho.com with SSL as the incoming server and we have never has any issues.

Suddenly the inboxes are not syncing unless we either restart Outlook or click into another inbox and then click back on the original inbox to get it to sync. This means that new emails are not coming through (even with a Send & Receive) unless we perform this action.

The only way we can restore service to as it was is to change the incoming server to imap.zoho.com - luckily I only have 5 PCs to update!
