Impact of Terra.es shut down
A while back, Terra.es closed all their accounts and instructed their users to migrate to Terra.com. You may still have many inactive Terra.es email accounts in your lists.
What should you do?
Since the service is shut down, any emails sent to these addresses will bounce back, and there is a chance of terra.es addresses turning into spam traps too. If you send emails to such accounts, it can potentially affect your domain reputation. We recommend that you remove such email addresses from your mailing list immediately. You can update the email addresses for those contacts with their consent; try reconnecting with them through a different channel to ask for their current email address.
