You can use the "Due Date" trigger point to run a workflow. Have you tried that already? If so, is there something specific you’re looking to achieve?

I just want to clarify the feature request to ensure we're on the same page. We're referring to the ability to set a date/time field within a ticket and use that field as a trigger for workflows or other automations in Zoho Desk.
From what I understand, this wouldn't be possible using the Due Date trigger option you mentioned in your comment—correct?
