Import

Trying to bring my data into Zoho. I have tried csv and xls in various permutations with no success. Never get to the fields mapping box. File size is under 500k and row count = 1000.

In csv, would at the very least be helpful to know how you want /r and /n handled.

I have no more time today, probably not in foreseeable future to try to get my accounts imported. I will once again go looking for a crm that is more helpful than troublesome. If I had days to play with crm solution I would go straight open source. Maybe that is solution!
