Hi,

We are an extensive user of Zoho Blueprint, which we find as a brilliant capabilty.  Yet any record touched by an Import, whether newly created or updated, causes the Blueprint transition for the record (eg Lead) to dissappear.  Only when the recocrd is edited in the UI and saved, is the Blueprint transition shown.

This has been confirmed (as far as new records) by Zoho support, and their advise was to multiple select records and mass-update them to modify a dummy field.  This is achievable in a lengthy UI set of steps, and is limited to 500 records.  (I've ran into a similar problem in the past also with automation rules not firing on imported records.)

This practically renders Blueprint unusable.  We regularly have external resources establish a new list or reach out to a list, we get back records to import.  The 500 limit is never relevant - typically in the thousands records.

Has anyone in the community come up with a solution for this?
